Nothing to brag about. Do not get a 1st floor room. You hear every little thing from the 2nd floor. The bed are on a metal box frame, so it's loud everytime you shift around

Not worth the money!
The hotel is in desperate need of updating. There was peeling paint on cabinet doors in the room, there was some type of smeared paint (?) on the inside of the room door, the couch in the room was stained, the food available for breakfast was not very good and seemed like it was off-brand items and the juice was definitely watered down.

Like sleeping on a rock.
We paid more then other hotels in the area to have a pool. When we arrived the pool was closed for cleaning. I feel like this should have told to us before hand or a discount should have been given.The hotel and room were clean which was nice. However the hotel bed was very hard and the pillows were flat.

Did not feel welcome when checking in. Room was clean and tidy. Laundry room was a filthy mess, washer out of order, and smelled really bad would never want to use it. The door to the swimming pool was rubbing against the floor and very difficult to open and close it other guests thought the pool was closed as they could not open the door. The orange juice was watered down at breakfast. After staying six nights at Comfort Inn and Suites in Erie PA I signed up for a Choice card since having stayed nights at Comfort Suites n Waco TX and Bryant AR had been exceptionally good experiences. I would not stay here again a real disappointment.
