Pretty good place!
Pros : Desk and breakfast staff were extremely personable and helpful. Went out of their way for guests. Bed was also great and room was spacious. Location was GREAT - easy on/off of I-70 with good places close by. Safe and fairly quiet. Cons: Baseboards were really dirty/dusty and bathroom floor had a lot of loose material, especially around baseboards/under vanity. For the evening/morning of our stay, elevator floor had dried spills, boot prints, loose material on its floor. Hallway floor needed a vac. HVAC control battery was low and control didn't always operate.

Need bell at the sign in dezk. WIted 10 minutez for someone to notice we were there. Breakfast was sketchy. Sausage look freezer burned abd had been setting out awhile. We were down there to eat at 7:45 am.Otherwide staff was friendly and room was goid size.

When I entered the room it was 61 degrees. The thermostat was not working. The front clerk argued saying it was working. After two hours they came to the room and finally verified that the heater was not working. They finally moved me to a different room.

The check in receptionist was rude and impatient. I had to ask her for WiFi connection and she just wrote it down impatiently like she’s doing me a favor. She got my check out date wrong and didn’t correct it even after I reminded her. Of course my key card didn’t work the next day and I had to return to the counter to fix it. Other than her all staffs were nice. The sink in the room was blocked the water couldn’t drain down. The housekeeper should know this already and they shouldn’t assign anyone to this room. Quite a disappointment on Hampton Inn. Used to have excellent experience with them. The location is good though. Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Nice hotel, very clean. The check in was very easy and the folks that work here are super nice. There is not much noise and it is quieter than most. The room was clean and no issues. I did not care for the bed. I felt it was a little too hard. Also the shower was hard to figure out how to turn on. Other than that, the stay was good, breakfast was good and I will def stay there again if I am in the area.
