No internet not free internet!
They have improved their room service. I noticed that my room was cleaned every day and the towels changed. Major problem is that the hotel did not have a functional internet. I stayed there on a business trip, and to not have internet for a week is disappointing.

Was very disappointed to find out after booking that the in-room internet service was down and has been for days. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that did not have internet in rooms. Not what I expect from Best Western brand!

Roaches!! EVERYWHERE!!
As soon as we got there I had to use the bathroom, we had been traveling for 9 hours. I used the bathroom bathroom downstairs as soon as we checked in. I walked in and there was a big roach on the wall. I typically don’t panic over a single roach and given it was downstairs I just hoped that was the only one. As soon as we get to the room I see several more. It was absolutely disgusting. The second day there we came back to our room and the towels had not been changed out, when I called down to the desk they said it would be the next day before they will change them. Worst hotel experience ever and I will NEVER be back. I left a google review and the owner replied and just said “thank you for your review” DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It’s not worth the time and effort of having to throw things away and carefully unpack when you get home to make sure you don’t bring roaches home.

The service has been very poor lately. I check in last without towels and half a toilet roll probably left over from the last customer. I asked for towels and toilet paper, but it took the following day to supply me with these important items after check in.

You get what you pay for.
Customer service was basic. No smiling faces. But the check in process was simple. Once I got to the room and opened the door it smelled like smoke. The noise outside the window went on forever as people were outside all night. There were roaches. I had to kill a few of them. I’ve stayed here in the past a few times simple for the pool for my kids. So I chose to stay again. I won’t be back though.

Should've been better.
This place was actually rather disappointing. Upon check-in, I quickly realized my T.V. remote didn't work properly, and neither did the phone & light above the shower. So that night I left a complaint with the desk clerk thinking & hoping it would be on their list in the morning. After I returned from a tourism activity the next afternoon, a new t.v. remote was placed in the room, yet the phone & light still weren't corrected. I then complained to both the day desk clerk & manager, the latter of which stated 1.) the phone cord was probably going bad due to the long constant beep, and 2.) the light most likely just needed a new bulb. Next day, the problem STILL wasn't fixed even after I inquired about it in the morning to the manager yet AGAIN. So, guess what? After a call to their corporate office, the so-called manager called me & spoke about the problems. FINALLY the phone was replaced, and the light was repaired over the shower. No excuse for their laziness for such simple repairs. P.S. The room carpet (274) needs to be replaced. Not only is it outdated & ugly, but it had some stains in it along the walls. Not to be a hypocrite, but most of the rest of the place was fine. Very nice pool & grassy area.
