Great location

Great unit but the resort itself has seen better days. Everything we needed to cook and relax in the unit! Loved sitting on the balcony and watching sunrise. Convenient having towels and beach supplies in closet. Close to grocery store, casual restaurants pharmacy and souvenir shops. Nice to have poolside bar for lunch and evening cocktail, staff very friendly.

My experience was just ok. The unit we stayed in was a bit run down and grungy. The cleaning fee is extremely high considering how dirty it was left.

Enjoyed it very much! Except when we got there our reservation was not in the computer.

It was wonderful outside of not being able to get in when we first arrived reservation was not in the computer, then we couldn’t get TV to work in the bedroom, couldn’t get the WiFi to work! Called Michelle she didn’t seem to concerned. Was going to ask for an extra day because of the inconvenience but we didn’t! We would most definitely come back again!!!

It Was a Nice Place for Vacation

The condo was a nice place to stay. The only reason I gave the check in process 3 stars is because while getting the key was easy, getting the parking garage and common area passes was not. Communication between the owner and the front desk needs improvement. It's a good thing there was available guest parking in the front and I didn't have to wait until I received my parking pass hours later. Also, the confirmation instructions state that the parking pass and common area pass will be in the room - they are not. We needed to obtain those from the front desk, again that took hours. They do ask that you clean the dishes before you check out but there is no garbage disposal. So be prepared to scoop any food out of the sink and put in the trash. Other than these two issues, we did like the condo.

Perfect for two

This small but mighty condo provides everything you need for a stay by the beach with easy access to your event or reason for being in Daytona. The pools are awesome , beach access and staff at the resort itself the condo was clean, cozy and had all that we needed. It was awesome to watch sunrises too. I was impressed with lack Of sound coming from neighbors as in the walls are not thin etc. We used for an event at the Speedway typically there and here in 20 mins one e we figured out road construction. Loved it

Finally traveling again.

We loved this condo right on the beach with a gorgeous view. No charge for parking in the garage which is very close to the room when parking on 2nd level. Do yourself a favor and wake up at dawn to see amazing sunrises. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. (No washer or Dryer in the room). Condo has everything else you would need.

Pack your suitcase, that is all you will need. This condo has everything for a vacation. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Check out the library of books, right in the bedroom. A new comfortable bed. Extra towels and throws for chilly nights on the beautiful balcony. There is a Tiki bar below, food service until 6pm. Feel like cooking, the kitchen is stocked. Even a blender for those frozen drinks. Any questions/problems, Michelle answers immediately and takes care of matters. This is a great rental...thank you!

Beautiful Condo - Loud Resort

First, the condo itself is really nice. The photos on line are spot on. The decor nice, and the view of the ocean is beautiful. We did have issues with check in because the information we received was not correct. We were told to go to the front desk upon arrival. The desk clerk told us that he had no clue who told us that, but we needed to contact the owner directly for access. We had to contact the owner to get instruction for entry. We did notice a smell when we entered that was similar to turpentine -- possibly cleaning solutions? The odor did disappear within a day. However....the unit is at Daytona Beach Resort, which is not all privately owned units. Some units are privately owned like this one, and others are just basic 'hotel rentals' through Daytona Beach Resort. We had issues with people being in the pool, which is right outside the room, at 1:00 a.m., screaming and blaring a radio, as well as others running up and down the corridor, cursing and hollering at 3 a.m. We reported these things to the management of the hotel, but they can only control folks that rent the rooms from them. They cannot do anything for the people that are renting privately owned condos. The owner of this condo did assist us rather quickly when we called her about the heat not working (it was in the 30's at night). She provided a portable heater, blanket and bottle of wine for our troubles until the service man could show up the next day. There is also a light in the kitchen that does not turn off, which we told her. We also reported the noise to her like the management of the hotel suggested. The owner apologized for the inconvenience. Not sure there is much she could do, but it was very frustrating to spend money for a nice, relaxing vacation only to have to deal with this sort of behavior and noise just about every night. On top of that the people in the unit next door, which is privately owned, decided on Sunday morning to start construction in their unit, right on the other side of the wall where our bed was located. Needless to say, we couldn't sleep in. Then he moved to the balcony with a circular saw and started sawing wood, so we couldn't sit on the balcony and relax either. If you don't mind taking a chance with loud, obnoxious people it's a great place. It's probably hit or miss. Unfortunately for us it was hit. Without the noise, it would have been much better and we would have enjoyed it a lot more.

Pros: THE VIEW from the back porch, can't beat it Steps to the beach Amenities -pools, tiki bar (only open 2 of the 5 days) Supplied condo - had everything you need and more Convenience around, stores/restaurants CONS: Inside hot tub/pool closed due to COVID, was not made aware of this prior Got in at 2pm, front desk said we need authorization to check in an hour early, no one called us back Neighborhood is sketchy at night - not much nightlife The bed - was very uncomfortable, needs replaced All in all, great condo and would recommend for a couple

Everything was as stated in the add. Only thing I would say is bring you some towels and wash clothes. Because being at the beach we took at least 2 showers per day and the room only had 4 towels.... thank goodness my wife look ahead and brought some from home. ( no one wants to do laundry on vacation ) But over all very nice place and clean. We will stay there again in August 2021. Also the ad says you have 1 reserved parking spot not true , and there was none. Just general parking.

Great location...right on the beach!

Loved the amenities & the furnishings, bed etc are very comfortable. Great ocean view. We were there in January & it got very cold at night. We had to buy a blanket for the bed. No blankets provided. Happy hour at the bar/ restaurant....lots to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

AMAZING!!

I have been ‘catfished’ by so many VRBO or Airbnb’s that I am always hesitant. This was they most accurate property I have ever stay at. It’s beautiful, clean, convenient, and welcoming! This was a one time trip however now I’m looking to plan a vacation stay just because I loved everything about this unit! Book this unit for your trip... you will not be disappointed! 😍
