Unit was in good location however only drawbacks was next to elevator and the two small beds would be better if had king bed. Also tv in living room could not pick up live channels wanting to see (I.e. Fox News and ESPN). Had to watch tv in bedroom to get these channels

Great unit!
We had an amazing time! The unit is spacious, clean and very well stocked. The washer and dryer is definitely a plus we got use of. The only thing is the pictures of the property need to be updated as our children brought quarters for the arcade that doesn't exist anymore:) We will definitely be back! Thank you

Like others mentioned the furniture, decor and paint could use some updates, but it’s pretty hard to beat the view of the beach and ocean from the unit. Also, the amenities in the building are top notch. It was an enjoyable stay.

No air conditioning all week. No washer/ dryer all week. The condo is infested with cockroaches. They had to have I believe orkin come out day 2 to spray. That was after I used a can myself the first day and half to kill a bunch. Cockroaches continued to the last day. I have pictures and time. The workout facility only had one treadmill. I’ve been to Daytona many times. The location, pool, and beach were obviously very good. I will never book through Denise Jones again.

The room was exactly as described. We have stayed at this property multiple times and this is exactly where we wanted to be. The dryer didn’t work but that was not a major issue for us. Reservations and check in were simple and very smooth. Would use this VRBO again.

Nice place, but if you have issues don’t expect the owner or management to care.
We checked in at 4pm like we were told. Tried opening the door, but the key wouldn’t work. After many times of trying, we heard someone inside the condo moving around and she answered the door. She said she was cleaning the unit and would need at least another hour or more. We let the front desk know so they could contact the owner. We waited in the hall for the cleaning lady to finish, which wasn’t long after she said she needed an hour. I figured she was able to finish up quicker than she originally thought. We walked into the unit and it looked clean and well kept. It wasn’t until that evening when I was in the bedroom and pulled back the covers and was hit with a horrific smell. I normally don’t notice that much with smells because I have two teenage boys, but this smelled up the entire room. Even my husband was disgusted and said a few words about the sheets that I will not put in writing. I have pictures.Anyways I notified the owner and no response. I found some sheets stuffed in bags and drawers that were not folded, so it was hard to tell if they were clean. Long story short… I spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning sheets that evening. My kids went yo bed using beach towels to cover up with. I lost a whole evening washing sheets that I could of been spending with my kids going to dinner or swimming. I asked the owner for a refund for that night and she never responded. I tried multiple times and even the front desk ignored me. Good luck if you rent this unit.

Clean and spacious
Unit is clean and more spacious than other listings that fit the same amount of people. Couch is a fold out bed and there are two full sized beds in the bedroom. Bathroom is sizable and can be entered through the bedroom or hall. Room has washer and dryer (also had laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided during our stay) which is great for being on the beach. Unit has a beautiful ocean view. The pool area was extremely windy and the waves on the beach practically came up to the deck wall while we were there (not sure if this is the norm or not). Unfortunately we had a few cloudy/rainy days and the indoor pool was closed during our stay so that was a let down considering that’s on of the main features I was looking for in a place in case of inclement weather. Large outdoor pool slide was also closed and so was the small splash pad by the lazy river (again another feature my kids were looking forward too and couldn’t use) . Area had a few shops and limited food places in walking distance. Overall the place is nice just wish all the facilities were available as that’s what drew us to this booking in the first place.
