I am very pleased with my one-night stay at the Red Roof Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with pets!

No breakfast The fridge in room did not keep food cold enough. My wife has medicine that has to be kept ata temperature range of 36-46 degrees. I couldn’t take the chance so I took her medication down to front desk and they put it in the refrigerator near lobby. I pick it up prior to departing hotel.

You sometimes don't get what you paid for.

Paid extra for upgraded bedding and pool view. Got a room with a parking lot view and a bed that was worn out / pillows that were flat.

First room bathroom had a very strong mildew smell so strong it made us all nauseous. Was shown another room that smelled very strong of wet dog and the same mildew smell in the bathroom. Third room was clean and bathroom still had a very faint mildew smell. Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful and tried to rectify the situation, however those bathrooms need to be ripped out and that mold issue handled.

Had an employee come in my room while I was in the shower in the middle of the day. Also, at 9am Sunday morning worker tore the screen off our window and pulled so hard that it opened the window. No warning or anything, someone could have been seriously hurt had my husband assumed he was breaking in.
