Nice properly and amenities.
Nice place that was recently renovated I would guess. Kitchen/appliances were great, bathrooms were nice. The views are fantastic from every room. Master bed was decent but, not mind blowing. 2 beds in 2nd bedroom, one was really nice and the other was okay. Stayed 7 nights and most of the time our girls decided to share the nicer bed. There is beach gear in the locker in the garage but, it needs to be replaced. We never used it. Beach, pool, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard - all 5 stars. 2nd time staying in the building. 1st time in this unit. We definitely would stay in this building and unit again!

Unexpected Bike Week Trip
We booked for a college visit for our son and found out it was bike week. No issues with that at all. The condo was clean, property manager very helpful, had wonderful views, and convenient to everything. Only issue right now is there is only 1 working elevator so sometimes it took awhile to get one but it didn't deter from our trip.

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked. Comfortable beds and smart tvs were a plus. We also had a covered parking spot which was nice. Our only complaint was the elevator on the property. One was broken and the other was extremely slow. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.

Recent stay at this beachfront condo exceeded expectations! The "wow" is the stunning ocean view from every space in the unit. We stay in rentals several times each year and I can't remember another that was so completely stocked with everything needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living area had comfortable furniture, and the master bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed.The building had tons of amenities, including the pool, whirlpool, fitness center, outdoor courts, and more. Easy access to the beach. There were stores and shops nearby, but dining out in a nice restaurant was a bit challenging. We did not try the top-floor restaurant given the off-shoulder season.The host and Lisa were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had all the needed details. While the building can show it's age, the condo is newly renovated and exceptionally well done. Can’t recommend it enough!

This is my favorite place in Daytona. I loved everything about this place. The view was incredible! From the moment you wall in and in the bedrooms. It was decorated in a very nice beach theme and had everything that you would need. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Would love to return!

Annual Daytona Beach Shores Trip
We go to Daytona Beach Shores every year. We typically stay at the Opus condos due to having 3 bedroom options. This year we only needed 2 bedrooms so we tried out Peck Plaza. The views are absolutely stunning!! The check in process was easy, however, it required the manager to let us in and tour the property. We have never had to do that before. This condo has great easy beach access. The kitchen was stocked with updated appliance. This condo owner was very gracious in supplying extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry & dish soap, and coffee pods. This is very atypical for other condos we have rented. The only complaint I have about this unit and it may apply to the entire building is the bedrooms do not cool enough. Extra floor fans are provided but they are not enough to keep the rooms cool. Other than that, we would def stay here again!

Fun, relaxing stay
This was the perfect place for our annual ladies trip to the beach! The property owner and our on-site contact responded very quickly to every question - hospitality was above and beyond. The condo was very well stocked, was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Great amenities, beautiful ocean-front view, loved the pool - it was never crowded (mid-July). We can't wait to stay again!

The room is well kept, clean, and stocked. Great location right on the beach with a perfect view. The air conditioning does not cool the bedrooms which isn’t advertised with the listing. You have to put a fan in the door to cool them. Without the fan it was 76 in the bedrooms with the fan it was 71-72.

Perfect place for a family of six.
The room was exactly as advertised. Mr. and Mrs. Jones go above and beyond to make sure the room has anything and everything you can think of, too—dishes, extra towels, board games for kids and adults, a washer, and a dryer. They truly love their property and want each and every guest to have the best experience. There is an absolutely breathtaking view from each room, including both bedrooms. We have two autistic sons. The room was very kid-friendly without me worrying about something breaking. Lisa, the property manager, is amazing. You can call or text her at any hour, and she will get back to you immediately. You can tell she loves her job by how she treats each guest with nothing but respect. You will not regret booking this property. I would give it 10 stars if possible. Our family will be back.

Everything was just as stated on the listing. It’s a beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean. It’s on the 12th floor. One of the 2 elevators was not operational at the time, but that did not prove to be a problem at all. I would definitely stay again.

Casa Azul: An Absolute Oasis!
My children, husband and I were looking for a relaxing getaway from NY that had gorgeous ocean views, was clean, and offered nice amenities, and Harriett’s condo delivered!! The views are spectacular, the condo is very clean and has everything you need, and Lisa, the property manager is there if you need her! My kids didn’t want to leave the property! I was hoping to soak in the hot tub each night but unfortunately the day after we got there, it became under construction. All well! Next time! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing Casa Azul with us! We had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! :)

We had a very enjoyable time at Peck Plaza 12A. The views from both bedrooms and balcony were amazing. Loved the little coffee bar which included coffee pods, creamer, teas, and loved having the electric handheld mixer (just like home😉). All the pots and pans and utensils you would need to make your meals there. Plenty of things to do! Only suggestion, which I know is hard with having washer and dryer where they are, is to keep the washer and soap dispenser doors open so that you don't get the musty smell in the washer and then transfer into your clothes, (I have learned from experience). Overall we had an amazing time and would rent here again next time we are in the Daytona area.

Perfect Place for Relaxing
This 2 bdrm condo is beautifully appointed. Gorgeous views from living and both bdrms with a very nice balcony as well. Everything you need for the kitchen, bath & beach! The host was also wonderful about obtaining a pak-n-play for the baby with very quick responses. Highly recommend this perfect gem.

Top of the "Peck"
Peck's Plaza and this unit were wonderful properties for our family's get-away for some R&R and beach/sun/ocean therapy. The unit specifically offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean and a northeasterly vista of the Intracoastal. Both sliding glass doors can be opened to let in the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves and allow for an immersive experience without even setting foot on the beach. The pre-historic-looking pelicans fly past the balcony often at eye-level, and we were treated to a pod of dolphins making their way north, feeding and frolicking not far off shore. The condo has been extensively renovated and is decorated in pleasing blues and whites with wonderful wall art. I especially loved the blue swirling granite countertops that are the signature pieces throughout. The black leather couch and loveseat offer four electric recliners on which to lounge, and there are plenty of fleece blankets to curl up with. The beds are comfortable, and the showers feel luxurious. The air conditioning works better in the main living area than it does in the bedrooms. That's something I would gently suggest the owner work to improve for optimal sleeping comfort in the summer months. The unit was a little smaller than our family of four (with twin 12-year-olds) usually rents, so the combo dining/living area and kitchen were a little tighter for us, but still very doable. The kitchen does have limited counter space and no real empty cupboard for storing groceries, but again, we made it work. The appliances are very nice, and there wasn't a kitchen tool I found missing. Interestingly, the completion of this Peck's Plaza property in April of 1974 made it the tallest, direct oceanfront property on the entire Atlantic seaboard. It offers a wonderfully heated pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and other amenities, and is perfectly positioned for access to the beach. The property also feels very secure as you need to physically have the electronic key to access the building and the pool/beach. Although we did not eat there this time, there is a high-end restaurant with spectacular views on the very top (28th) floor. Overall, this unit and Peck's Plaza property are wonderful, and I would definitely rent here again.
