This new property is new and as such clean. Beds were very comfortable and we did get a great nights sleep. Decorating is spares and could use a warmer touch. Floors are plastic and a bit cold but that does lend itself to a cleaner feel. Couch and chair were ok but it wasn’t in a position to watch TV. Liked the place but would like to see layouts of another unit.

I really enjoyed my stay. Was in the area for my annual photography outing. I liked the clean, simple, and roomy accommodation. The cabins were sort of secluded but on the edge of Decorah so you could find food & other conveniences nearby. This was my first time staying at Bluffside Gardens, but it won’t be my last!

A hair dryer in the room would have been appreciated. I enjoyed the landscaping, and colorful flowers, wildlife and proximity to the park and hiking trails.

Neat place to stay. We had 6 people and had a 2 bedroom unit. It was perfect size. Downside was the downstairs bathroom did not have a door that closed. There was something wrong with the top hinge. There was also alot of dog or cat fur on the floor. Our socks were covered. We had to sweep. This is a non-pet place I thought but it was a messy with pet hair so someone before us had a pet in there. The patio was nice we used the grill. Nice kitchen area. Beds were super comfortable which is better than an hotel! Overall would recommend this place. Would recommend the cleaning people vacuum between guests. Even the hard floors/stairs.

Overall this stay was enjoyable. I am assuming no one had stayed in a cabin a bit before us. There were a couple of dead bugs in the curtain area. Along with a centipede in the bathroom. The floor not having any carpet or rugs gor dirty quick and I would have loved to have had a broom to sweep the spots that needed it. The room was quiet and big. It smelled nice and was comfortable. Overall a successful stay.

It was amazing!! We plan to come back for the fourth each year, we had a lot of fun being right next to trout streams. Great location and comfortable, affordable place to stay :)

Fantastic property, very quiet, the neighbors were loud outside and I didn’t hear them at all while inside. I do wish there had been more patio seating. I’m not sure how many it was meant to have as I’m certain the neighbors took several but I suspect there were only a couple chairs at the small table to begin with.
