This hotel is a gem. A sanctuary in the Delhi. The pool and gym are fantastic. Spa is great too. I loved the restaurant with a wide range of choices and really excellent service. Rooms are large and comfortable. Really loved my stay here.

The service of the staff is pathetic….at the time of booking due to some website error I saw booking got done for wrong dates…if booking was done at 14:02 on 11th October I called the exact same time around 14:05 to speak to hotel and get the dates corrected….after multiple attempts I could reach one Mr Mohd who redirected me to Expedia….when I chatted with Expedia they redirected back to Holiday Inn finally not confirming anything until I reached the hotel to confirm in person….on 13th again when I checked in despite me booking a king bed I was initially told hotel is sold out and later when i challenged the staff they gave me a king bed in fifteen minutes….at the time of checkout the staff did not even come to pickup luggage despite calling the service and waiting for good 5-10 minutes….by far my worst experiences!

Check in was smooth. Received a very pleasant welcome. Just stayed one night so not sure of the area and its surroundings. The rooms were clean. Ordered Room service and foid was well presented, tasteful and arrived in a reasonable period of time. Front desk staff friendly. Would stay again as it’s close to the airport and convenient.
