Foods was good
Location was so good but.the hotel receptionist are not aware about my booking and has allowed a small room . Since it was mid night , I checked with him about this issue but he has stated that this is only available room for online booking. I stayed in the small room for a night but the next day when I joined for free breakfast they told it I’d not in my booking. It was too much for me so I approached the hotel receptionist again with the issues which I am facing. After some time the receptionist, day shift person apologies and told now only they got confirmed from the online booking team about this. Please make sure proper intimation of booking before reaching at any facility

Iam very sorry to say that Over all it's a bad experience , none of the facilities is functional ,wardrobe , dusty, no remote control For tv , safe locker battery low cannot lock valuable , no bath mats water collection on floor ,toilet flush not working properly , no hot water supply poor communication .and poor response to any requests. Fridge not working ,fungus on wall , balcony not accessible. Food in restaurant is fantastic .

Hotel close to where we needed to go.
Hotel is very run down and desperately needs an upgrade. Staff were great. Room was mouldy and some of the furniture was very outdated. Paint flaking off the walls. Floors dusty and dirty. Room service was great, food was great. Bed comfortable and clean, stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping only came twice to ask if we needed new towels etc.
