When i arrived at the facility at 5 am (very late check in) they said they had given the room away. this is despite me calling them twice to re-confirm that the room would be available even if i showed up to use the room only for 7 hours (5am-12 pm). They said not a problem since it was a confirmed booking and then they surprise me with room not available. After giving my point of view, they did eventually provide the room, but the experience left me that i cannot trust booking a room with them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tauras Portico in Mahipalpur and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable given the hot weather. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. The staff seemed indifferent to my plight, and their lack of responsiveness was frustrating. Each time I approached them, I was given vague assurances that someone would look into it, but no action was ever taken. This level of service is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as a quality establishment. I strongly advise against staying here if you expect a comfortable and hassle-free experience. For the price point there are much better hotels near by.

I am totally disappointed with the hotel management as they have given me very hard time. I did the booking for a premium room with Buffet breakfast but after a long wait, I was given room number 210 which was so disgusting and I was repeatedly denied the breakfast as well. Zero marks to the management.

Once we check in hotel they gave us small room . They showed the pictures standard room . But room is so small instead we booked the room. When we going to breakfast at 9am house keeping guys cleaning other rooms we asked them to size that was actually standard. But they gave us small room . We ask the reception they told us the room was not available when i booked. But they charged me full amaout . i complained to hotel manager. They changed the room. But i stayed one night small room. So before check in checked room to booking as per picture shows on website . i had bad experience about Sarovar Patrico mahipalpur hotel .
