This newly remodeled, ground-floor ensuite is a perfect getaway for two. Entering through the double doors, you'll find an American Leather sleeper sofa with a day bed, a flat-screen TV with Starlink, and a beautiful built-in gas fireplace. Walking into the kitchen, you'll find a cute dining table and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, a stovetop and oven, an apartment-sized refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is one full bath and a stackable washer/dryer. Outside is a gas BBQ and chairs for you to sit and drink your favorite beverage. Also, a parking spot is just for you! This vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

​​​​​​​**The owners of this family vacation property occupy the main and top floors of their residence from time to time and may or may not be present during your stay. The en-suite features separate entrances aside from the main house area.

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
