This home boasts 72 acres of land, a private dock that leads out to the glimmering waters just mere steps away from your vacation rental, and a gas grill, as well as a spacious deck area where you can dine alfresco with your friends and family. Lie down in the living area, complete with a large smart TV, a tall ceiling, and comfortable couches. Let the head chef of the group cook up a mealtime masterpiece in the fully equipped kitchen for everyone, then gather around the dining room table and feast to your heart's content. Afterward, simmer for a while in the hot tub with some cold drinks in hand. This is one sweet getaway you won't want to miss!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
