By the Sea Guests Bed and Breakfast and Suites - Room 113

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking and include the use of our beautiful private beach with beach chairs and umbrellas on a first come, first serve basis. The private sandy beach is shared with hotel guests. Beach towels are provided in the house and we ask guests to please hang on to them for the duration of their stay. Maid service can be requested.

Complimentary full breakfast is included in the rate (Che'fs choice). Free WiFi and one parking space are also included. Our parking lot is very limited so we ask that you please plan accordingly! We are not pet-friendly.

Check-in is encouraged to be contactless this year to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests. We charge the deposit upon booking and then charge the remaining balance to the credit card on file the night before.

Upon arrival, you will see your name on a white envelope on the front porch of the lobby (follow the brick pathway to the beach and lobby) which includes the room key, instructions to your room, information about breakfast and the hotel, and parking passes.

If you arrive early before 4 PM, you may not see your white envelope, as the room is not available yet. You can park and use the beach while you wait or leave your number with the front desk and explore many of the Cape’s hidden treasures.

We are not taking any early check-in requests for the season so please plan accordingly. There are no exceptions.

If you are planning to arrive late or no one is at the front desk, no appointment is required. Your envelope will be waiting for your arrival. If there is an emergency after hours, guests can contact the number displayed on the front door for further assistance.

At checkout, you can leave your keys in your room, in our key box, or check-out at the front desk. No appointment is required. We however encourage you to book your trip for next year at check-out to guarantee the same rate and room, as rates may increase each season based on market value.

The front desk is open during the day to assist with any check-in needs, concierge, or general inquiries. After taking your envelope, please see the front desk if you have further questions.
Beautiful oceanfront street with access to great restaurants and family activities. Tucked away in the back corner of the Inn is Room One hundred thirteen. A bright, airy and quiet room with a king size bed. Although there's no ocean view, the room includes 1 king bed, a mini fridge, TV, a full private bathroom, free WiFi, full breakfast, and one parking space. Our parking is very limited, so we ask that you please plan accordingly. There are a few steps to get onto the porch that leads into the inn. The room is located on the first floor.

Free breakfast is served. By the Sea Guests Bed and Breakfast and Suites - Room 113 also features barbecue grills and concierge services.
