Conveniently situated directly south of Main St. You will be right around the corner from many of the great restaurants and shops of Dennisport, and best of all 7/10 of a mile to a number of gorgeous sandy beaches on Nantucket Sound.

After parking up to 6 cars in the large driveway, open main door to the main house and you will find yourself in a clean and open full kitchen with gas range and dishwasher.

Off of the kitchen, run will find the 1st floor laundry and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the other side , the kitchen leads to a living area with couch seating and a mounted flat screen smart TV and a dining area with seating for 8. There is another living area next to the dining room with na couple comfortable armchairs in front of a wood fireplace (not for guest use)- great relaxing area/reading book. Continue on the first floor to find 3 bedrooms . And large full bathroom and half bathroom.

The separate guys house located behind the main , has its own private entrance and features a living area with couch seating and mounted smart TV. A full kitchen and full bathroom with shower and 2 more bedrooms, one queen and 1 bunk beds. Outside the guest house is a huge fenced in backyard, which offers more than enough space for running around, yard games.
