This place is absolutely terrible. It is not clean at all. My sheets upon check-in were dirty. I left for dinner and came back and got into bed thinking that they had changed them got up the next morning and realized they were the same sheets. They just made the bed. I called the office and asked for room service and they said they only provide that every three days, the front desk people are absolutely rude. This place is dirty. There was a man smoking cigarettes outside of my room and it was coming in through the vent so my whole room smelled like a nasty cigarette and I asked if I could change rooms and they did not change rooms for me . It was an absolute nightmare. My father was in the hospital, fighting for his life and ended up passing away and this hotel was four minutes from the hospital and that’s why I put up with all of this. I will never stay at another quality Inn anywhere or their affiliates absolutely disgusting and they do not deserve my hard earned money!!!

Absolutely terrible!!!!! We came in from 5 hours away to spend thanksgiving we got one room with 2 queen beds. We had a total of 5 people but my daughter was staying with family that night but just helping us unload our stuff into room then we were going to drop her off with family. The girl at the front desk made a big deal about it even called her manager about it. Then throughout the stay they constantly watched us as we walked in and out making sure we had only 4 guests going into room. Made me and my family feel completely uncomfortable. We stay in this town regularly to visit family and they lost our business for sure!! We will never stay here again plus the rooms were so extremely small.

Our room had an overwhelming odor. While it looked tidy the hair in the tub and stains on the bedding made it feel unclean. We also struggled to get hot water at the tub and sink.

My issue with staying at the hotel with there was a $50 cash deposit cash and I had stayed at this location before and had not ever had to pay a cash deposit previously. To use an ATM charge you withdraw money if you do not have cash and that is not refunded Back.

For the person that checked us in to be so insistant about telling us 4 times that smoking and pets werent allowed, the hallways smell pretty bad. Luckily, the rooms did not smell bad, were pretty clean and comfy. Its a value hotel and fine for a one night stay.if you go in with the right expectations, you want be disappointed.
