Didnt like anything about the property. Doesn't look like in the pictures. Construction going on and workers using elevator with materials. Smells of natural gas. Room is dark due to very dim lighting in restroom as well. Dirty old lobby. Dirty old rooms.

Will not stay again due to incidental charges are way out of sorts. Pay 53 for the night but a 150 incidental. Even though it gets returned which may take up 5 days to be returned. Absolutely bull crap

Tried to check into hotel and the lady said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia. I let her know that it wasn’t and that I paid for it in full and had the receipt and email that it was confirmed. She called her manager and he was no help. So we didn’t get to check in even though I had my proof of payment. I asked for a refund and she said the room is not refundable. So they refused to give me a room and also refund my money. I called Expedia and spoke with them and let them know what she had said and he said my reservation was still in the system. He called her on the other line and told her and she refused to uphold the reservation and said it’s canceled. The agent preceded to let her know that they were going to refund my money because the reservation was still active. I’m glad I didn’t stay at this property. The area is very sketchy and looks very unsafe. It has a foul smell to it and it looks very dirty.

The hotel was under current remodeling, loud and noisy even though I was told I was placed far away from it. Inconveniences with waiting for the elevator when it was filed with construction workers. Disty, dirty. I was told to take out my own trash and for clean towels I had to exchange my dirty ones. Gross! Never will stay again

The stay was great but I needed to extend my stay for another day due to my late flight. I was awaken by some loud banging noise and drilling going on. I was so frustrated that I left it at 1:30 pm because I couldn’t take the noise anymore. I wish I would’ve known work would be getting done because I would’ve checked out at the regular time. I’m just disappointed that I spent money but couldn’t benefit from staying.

Dirtiest Rooms Ever

We refused to sleep on the bed. There was hairs underneath the sheets. The young man gave us a different room on the third floor. The second room, sheets smelled clean but, the pillows cases looked liked they hadn't been changed. They had a sweaty smell. This is my first time ever to have to complain about a room. I have severe allergies. I felt like my throat was closing. I couldn't understand why. The room was so dusty that I had to use their white towels to dust the room. I was still have problems breathing. I had to use my two inhalers, I couldn't understand why. I had forgotten my crocks. So, I walk in my socks. I had to change my socks. I finally realized why I was having problems breathing. They don't VACUUM,DUST or CLEAN FLOORS in ROOMS. ATLEAST OUR ROOMS.My socks were full of pet hair and human hairs on the floor. I HAD TO THROW AWAY MY SOCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am severely allergic to animals. I have never had this experience in my life at a Motel. WE HAD A BAD NIGHT STAY THERE. NO MOTELS ALLOW PETS IN THEIR MOTELS. THE LEAST THEY NEED TO DO IS TO MAKE SURE THEIR HOUSEKEEPERS DO A DEEP CLEANING OF ROOMS. I AM SPEAKING FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME WITH SEVERE ALLERGIES TO PETS. 😬😷 ALSO, I AM SPEAKING FOR MY BROTHER AND HIS WIFE. THEY DON'T EVER CLEAN MICROWAVES ON FRIGDE. THEY FOUND 2 SALSA CUPS IN THEIR FRIDGE. THEIR ROOM SMELLED LIKE MILDEW. WHICH I AM ALLERGIC TOO. ANYONE CAN HAVE ALLERGIC REACTION TO MILDEW. THE WHOLE BUILDING SMELLED LIKE MILDEW. 😷.

Staff was friendly but the housekeeping was terrible. Facility was dirty and surrounded by questionable characters walking around outside. The room was gross, blood stain and hair in the sheets and the barroom had mold. Will never stay here again.

Comfortable bed/area not so great

The only really good things that I can say about the hotel is that the bed was very comfy and the price was good. Unfortunately, the area made us seem very uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel had a very odd odor and the air conditioner didn't work well. The room was very very humid! When we drove up and saw the area we almost went somewhere else because it was that sketch, we ended up staying and had no issues but I would caution you on the area.

For two days none of bath rooms on main floor were working. We rented 3 rooms for two nights. All had failed electronic card locks. My lock failed 3 separate attempts to open door.
