Upon arriving the woman working the front desk was more interested in her cellphones than helping us. At one point she even stopped helping us to type a text message. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The room was clean but upon showering i found that there was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. The refrigerator still had food in it from previous guests.

The best in the Denver area!
The hotel was very nice,the breakfast was great with all kinds of options! The staff was very great,everyone was so friendly and very helpful with any questions I had about getting around in Denver. The shuttle service was the best. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return!

Wanted an affordable overnight hotel near the Denver airport with shuttle service and the AmericInn was fine. It's a budget motel but the service was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but was sufficient. Several restaurants were a short walk away.

Pros: Location... aside from being close to DIA it has a 7-11 within walking distance as well as a dispensary next door Cons: The staff. The lady who checked me in was kinda rude and made it very clear that I shouldn't DARE to be late for the airport shuttle lest I be left behind ("my shuttles leave on time so you better be here 5 minutes early"). Speaking of shuttles, I had 2 very different experiences on my shuttles from the airport and back. The driver who picked me up at the airport drive like an absolute lunatic... speeding, tailgating the whole 9 yards. The driver who brought me back to the airport on the other hand was very nice and professional. Moral of the story is don't have huge expectations here and you might not be disappointed... othetwise pick another hotel.
