Beds were horrible . Had a divot on each side of our bed . Made it hard to sleep and back hurt the next couple days. Had to reprogram our key card every time we left the room. My biggest complaint is the bed they are noticeably bad . And nothing is done about it. Staff was awesome .

The best part about this property is the shuttle service to red rocks for a concert. The room looked like it had undergone recent painting/flooring done by a 2nd grader. The shower/tub had a spout that flew off the copper pipe landing in the tub. The entrance to the building had a very nice scent.

Whas very noisy. Base music all night. Came to stay and have a early start in the morning. Wouldn't stay if your a light sleeper. That's why the low score.

The property wont answer calls. They also havent addressed refunding the deposit, of which we werent charged for on the first couple of nights. We extended the stay and ended up in a much worse room. Bed smelled like urine and was super caved in on both sides. Carpet ripped. Cieling scraped up and holes in the wall. Etc. Dont recommend.

My car was stolen from there. They have no cameras in the front. Only in the back where the homeless are. The breakfast had no eggs or bacon. Mostly sweets.

Employees very nice. They tried to present the property well with some cute and thoughtful finishes. But, the property is just old. It looked like an old nursing home. It seemed clean at least. Breakfast was pretty good except eggs only available on weekends. Pool was freezing. Also, title is deceiving. It’s in Lakewood, not Golden. It was quiet though.

We waited almost 10 minutes for someone to show up and check us in. When he did, he was rude, I got several eye rolls and attitude from him. Literally felt like an inconvenience to be there. The bathroom smelled like weed. I will never be staying there again when I travel.

Some of the staff not profession or courteous at all, with no respect for potential guests, while other staff seemed very good. The non professional staff were ‘scary’ enough to make us NOT stay. Very upsetting experience.
