Leider giebt es für dieses Hotel keine gute Bewertung. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft Schmutzig, das Inventar ist grösstenteils defekt, Frühstück ist als Inklusive gross angeschrieben, gibt es aber nicht Kostenlos. Das Fitness ist zwar ok, angeschrieben ist es aber als neu. Am Pool fehlen immer die Pooltücher wenn man denen überhaupt so sagen kann, wir mussten 3 mal Tücher verlangen. Die Poolanlage ist Schmutzig. Der angepriesene Grill funktioniert nicht, man weiss aber das er defekt ist, in den 4 Tagen wo wir da waren ging er bis zum letzten Tag nicht. Wenn man an der Reception das Personal auf all die Mängel anspricht bekommt man eine inkompetente Antwort als Rückmeldung, es scheint so als gäbe es kein Qualitätsmanagement bei Best Western. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung wurde nicht gemacht, nicht einmal bei 4 Nächten. Das WLAN ist langsam und man verliert immer wieder die Verbindung. Das Personal sagte nie von sich aus guten Tag. Das Bett war sehr angenehm zum schlafen, auch die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Umgebung des Hotels war gut und eher ruhig. Wir werden nie mehr in einem Best Western Hotel übernachten, nicht weil es Mängel gibt, es geht uns darum wie darauf reagiert wird und das die Mängel einfach nicht behoben werden. Die Politik von Best Western können wir so nicht gutheissen. Im Hotell wir Gras geraucht ohne Ende obwohl es ein Nichraucherhotel ist.
