Poor location
This rental is on the edge of a bad part of Denver lot of street people hanging around the area. You have to park on the street and there are parking time restrictions everywhere parking is a real pain. My car even had a window broken when someone tried to break into it. Would never stay here again.

Very good!
This place was a good place to stay in Denver for the weekend! It’s good walking location to Rino. If I’m being nit picky there are a couple cons; - If you have a car, note street parking is difficult. It has permits and time constraints. - Room was clean but could have been a bit cleaner in the bathroom. - fireplace stopped working - walls are pretty thin But the Pros are: - super easy check in (no front desk just codes) - very cute and well decorated - good walking location to Rino - plenty of amenities in the room like shampoo, toilet paper, towels, etc - full length mirror - pretty comfortable bed

Good property, uncomfortable bed
Place was everything it said it was. My only complaint was that the bed was horribly soft. It was very hard to sleep in. This property definitely needs a new bed to get even a halfway decent nights rest. The location was great however, being in downtown, it was right in the center of the homeless section.

RiNo Stay
My boyfriend and I stayed at this location for a few days. Communication from the start was fantastic. Checking in was seamless. Our room was clean and extremely secure. This location is AMAZING. We loved the RiNo area and it was easy to check out all the cute shopping, fantastic breweries, and various restaurants. If you are visiting Denver, it is a must to stay here.

The Curtis Park Club was everything we could have wanted and more.
Excellent accommodations within walking distance to great food and beverage. We recommend Snooze for breakfast / brunch, Yazoo BBQ for lunch, Barcelona & Il Posto for dinner. Then, Denver Market where all can have their choices granted. TCPC will be our first choice when we return to downtown Denver. The Kessler’s- Sav’h GA

Excited to return!
Staying here was an amazing experience. It's within easy walking distance of restaurants, breweries, boutiques if you're into that, and hundreds of pieces of street art. Furthermore, it is a beautiful property with attractive design details that made it feel special. The free local beers and wine and cameras to play with were a real treat. We stayed in the beginning of the week and had the place to ourselves until a team came and worked in the shared space for a day and into the night. They didn't bother us, though it was interesting to inhabit a shared space where some people were working and some people were taking time off. The fireplace made it extremely cozy. I loved it and would definitely return to hang out in RiNo again and will stay here when I do.

Beautiful property, Great Location
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Curtis Park Club. The location was amazing, just two blocks from the popular RiNo strip with tons of great food, shops and breweries. We walked everywhere without a problem, but there lots of scooters around too to grab and go, if you'd prefer. The complimentary beer, wine and beverages was a nice touch, and we had a great time with the instax camera as well! We would come back here in a minute. The only down side would be that the bed wasn't the most comfortable. For one night, it was okay, but a longer stay and we probably would of been really feeling it. Thanks for great hospitality and a nice respite away from our day to day.
