Very unique and nice stay. We were told that roof top and bar was for special occasions only so disappointing. One rooms projector wouldn’t work and no staff to fix it.

Beautiful hotel, very unique lobby layout and rooms are very nice as well. Nice, vibey, hippie type of hotel which are my favorite kinds. The only problem I had was that they don’t change your towels and sheets for you unless you stay for a week. Asked for a change of sheets and towels and they just left them in the room and had to change them myself which seems crazy for such a nice hotel and really left me feeling sour about the whole thing. It’s very conveniently located in RiNo and super nice but, how nice is it if they don’t clean your room for you? Never seen anything like it. For that reason I likely won’t stay again. I really wish I could but would much rather be provided housekeeping services upon request. Overall still 4/5 stars which should tell you how nice it is.

Convenient for Concerts!
We always stay at the Catbird Hotel when we go to concerts at the Mission Ballroom, which is a quick walking distance. There are a couple of solid restaurants nearby and the convenience is excellent. We will return again and again.

10/10 would definitely recommend this place! It was AMAZING and definitely a place I would book again. Their whole vibe throughout the place stands out from your usual hotel you would stay. Bed was comfy and the room was cozy!

Stunning property with the most unique and modern room I’ve ever stayed in. The projector was a nice touch and the bed was so comfortable. The communal areas had an amazing aesthetic and so many cool and useful touches in the room and everywhere in the hotel. will definitely be back.

Concept is nice, bed was fairly comfortable and the shower was very nice. Valets both in the evening and in the morning were short and rude. The self check-in and out and all the “self-service” is a poorly veiled attempt to cut staffing costs. Made everything more difficult and there was no one to ask questions. Tv and projector were not working in our room with no indication on who/how we could reach out to get it fixed. Kept getting offered the free late check out at 1pm but no way to actually get the late check out. Overall a decent stay, but the attempts to be modern made the whole stay more frustrating and difficult. Definitely not worth the price if you’re not going to staff the hotel or offer guest support.
