Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Located close to the University of Denver and walking distance from grocery stores, shops, cinemas, restaurants, and the light rail H and E lines. There is one cat who lives in the house with the owner. LGBTQ+friendly. I'm knowledgeable and happy to help with sightseeing, dining, and activity recommendations.
