Check out this newly renovated 4-bedroom lower-level duplex suite in Denver's inner city. It's perfect for families and groups, with a well-appointed kitchen, updated bathrooms, a cozy living room, and modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi and a SmartTV. You'll find local grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Note that the upstairs unit is also available for rent and may have other guests staying at the same time as you. Each unit has a private entrance.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Additionally, the driveway is shared with the upper-level unit, but it should have ample space for all guest vehicles. The outdoor area is enclosed with plants and trees, providing a quaint, natural environment to enjoy. Guests may even spot some small animals while they are outside.

East Denver offers a wide range of transit options, whether you prefer to ride the bus, light rail or drive. In addition to bus routes, the area also has access to light rail service through the RTD's Denver Light Rail system. This makes it easy to get around the city and explore all that East Denver has to offer. The nearest station to the home is located within a short distance and can be reached by bus or bike.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that there's a gentlemen that lives off to the side of the property in an RV. He drives a pickup truck and parks it on the back gravel road behind the property. He keeps one pet pig in a pen near his RV. He will not bother you at all during your stay. There are also some garages behind the property that hold industrial equipment. This home offers comforts of country living with the convenience of being near the city.

Comfy and Clean-Odd location
The inside of the home was nice. The beds were comfy and the living and kitchen area were accommodating. The property itself is located on a plot of land where several trailers are parked-one of which a nice man lives in one. I met him as I was walking to my car and he was in a hammock under a tree on the property. He was very nice, but it was a little odd and not something you are not notified of until after you book the trip and get the access info. Additionally, the rental was for the basement of the home. There is no light outside (or the bulb was out), so when we arrived in the evening, it was tough to see down the stairs and to the front door where we had to enter the keypad code to get in. There is also no outdoor sitting area for the downstairs unit (aside from 2 plastic chairs by the front door-one of which had a big hole in the center). The first night was quiet, but the second night a loud group came in and stayed at the part of the home above us. They moved chairs loudly, woke up early cooking breakfast and conversing, and were VERY loud. We could hear most of their conversations. It didn't make for a bad trip, however, if this information had been provided BEFORE renting, we would have chosen a different home. This was just not the type of property or location that is conveyed on the site when you go to rent. It only shows pictures of the house itself and one pic of the stairs going to the basement, but did not indicate THAT is the unit you are getting.

Should be called the Cat Fish In
Cons: Property is a basement. Paper thin ceilings/floors from upstairs rental. The lot is large. You will be accompanied by upstairs neighbors that you can hear their conversations. Multiple campers with random people living in them. Random sheds with people living in them. Wrecked cars and a mechanic onsite. Random dogs. Management company did respond quickly. Pros: Once you are inside, it’s clean and comfortable minus the upstairs noises. Overall: I would not recommend this location.

Nice, Clean Space but Noisy Upstairs Neighbors
The space was nicely decorated and clean but the upstairs unit (you're in the basement essentially) was extremely noisy at all hours of the night (e.g. 12am-4am). If you're a sound sleeper this shouldn't be a problem but if not it could cause issues. The kitchen was definitely lacking some cooking supplies which could be remedied if they added a few more pans, baking sheets, pots and utensils. Overall, it was a nice space close to downtown Denver. P.S. Someone mentioned the broken couch - there is one spot that is sagging quite a bit. I wonder if the owner can fix it by adding support under that cushion.

Almost great
We liked the space, nicely decorated and clean, but were very disappointed that the couch was broken and collapsing. The kitchen advertised 'everything', but had few wine glasses, no wine opener, and scant pans for cooking. May not seem important, but was when we did not have them. The lights in the rooms, particularly in the bathrooms, were very dim, and we had to put makeup on in the kitchen. The offered liquids in the shower were not labelled. Beyond that, the beds were comfortable and the sleeping accommodations great. Our upstairs neighbor only gave us one noisy night. Not bad, considering.
