Loved the house entirely. It was perfect size for my family everyone had their own space but could all mingle together when we wanted to. Lots of extra items for our use was amazing. The house was very clean and extra personal touches made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, cozy home
We booked this property for 4 adult cousins who hadn’t seen each other in decades and it was perfect! The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and well furnished. There are great choices of places to sit and visit, inside and outside, and a big kitchen and table for meals together. Great communication with the owners and they were accommodating to our arrival and departure needs. This is a wonderful place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot for Colorado adventures

The house was quaint from the outside, and once you walk in, it’s way bigger than expected! The beds were comfy, the house was clean. The backyard was our favorite though!! It had a nice, covered sitting area w ceiling fan, they had all the necessities.. very close to gas and restaurants, and everything was labeled. We all loved it and highly recommend! I look forward to staying again in the future. Check in was easy and communication w the owners was a breeze. You will love it here!

Hidden Gem
The property is conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood, close to a number of restaurants and shops. It is the kind of neighborhood you may live in now or perhaps grew up in. While the neighborhood is near a busy intersection, there are entrances and exits that have traffic lights making getting in and out in any direction easy. The owner/manager's communications with us was terrific from the time we made the reservation, through the evening before checkout. Part of that was the check-in instructions, which went seamlessly. She then followed up with us after we arrived to make sure everything was good. In between, when I had a question she was quick to respond. The house and property are well-maintained, clean, and everything was as good as described. The house has a very nice rear covered patio and (privacy) fenced yard. Ours was a short visit, but the house is stocked with everything that would be needed for a longer visit. Perhaps the only downside is it is within walking distance of Duffyroll. If I lived in that house, I might double my weight.

We were in Denver for a wedding and added a couple days to our trip for sightseeing. We decided to get a house vs a hotel. This home was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and was about 30 min from everything we did while we were there including the wedding.

This place was everything it promised! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 & both of our fur babies! Everyone had their rooms&beds,plenty of space for everyone to hang out all together, inside&out,or space enough to just kick back and nap. The out door patio was AMAZING & was all of our favorites with a gorgeous view of the mountains!!
