The hotel is located next to a busy rail line and there was loud locomotives in the night. I would have expected for what the room cost there would have been more sound deadening to limit the noise. Also the heater in my room was making a lot of noise whenever it turned on. I did let hotel staff know in the morning and they gave me free parking which would have cost me $50 for one night, again for the cost of the room parking should be cheaper.

Everything was great in the property. Clean & very comfortable for our weekend short stay. Slightly expensive for what it is but I suppose having the Hilton name it can be. The area around the property was a little run down looking with broken kerbs & paving slabs. There are a lot of road works on 16th street that we were told has been going on for a while so it looks a little sad. Nothing to do with the property but handy to know if you have any walking issues/aids getting to/from station/shops.
