The condo is 100% for guest access. No shared spaces other than outside.

No loud music, no disturbances, and no unauthorized gatherings. Registered guests only unless approved in advance.

No tampering with systems
Do not disable or unplug connected devices (Wi-Fi equipment, smoke detectors, etc.).
Do not change HVAC settings beyond the normal range.
