Good value, good breakfast, clean hotel, very friendly staff, bar with basic but good food service…convenient to UC Health. Parking is not covered or private, that is about the only not great value, but is average. Will stay again if back at UC Anschutz.

Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple items needed repair and did not get fixed during my 6 night stay even though I mentioned it to 2 different people. Room was quiet and furniture was comfortable. Had a nice breakfast spread.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel due to the proximity to were we need to be. Each time the rooms are full of sewer gas. We tell the staff of this issue yet nothing is done about it. We have to out a towel over the shower drain and keep the bathroom door closed just to be able to be in the bedroom room. 3 times and yet no action and they still charge us a full fee! Horrible customer service.
