Kinda clean although I got out of the shower and wrapped a towel around me and there was a bused bar of soap stuck on the towel which makes me think the towel was not cleaned so then I got grossed out

Hyatt I am very disappointed in you
No coffee station in the Lobby and not Complimentary water, I expected much more from Hyatt Place in Denver. The room was very limited with the amenities. The Breakfast is TERRIBLE !!! I've had better options at Motel 6 and that's saying it all. The Front Desk staff spends all their time on their cell phones, which is a lack of courtesy to customers. In summary my experience was bad for the Price and the brand as famous as Hyatt !!! I will not give a chance to this corporation again.
