It was only ok. The front desk staff is not very welcoming. The room was clean enough. The sound proofing is pretty bad. I could hear the people talking in the next room and they were just speaking in normal levels - not yelling. When your neighbors raised their window shades you could hear that too. The floor of the gym facility had clearly not been swept for quite some time. It was very dirty. It was not the worst place I have ever stayed at - but I will not go back.

Was a great place to stay. We came early so room was not ready. I had to drop 18 year old son off with friend to visit as I drove to a wedding. When son came back to get key to room he showed ID he was 18 because they asked and the person was very rude to him. They said he wasn't 18 and cant check in. My don pointed out his date of birth on ID that he was 18 and got a big attitude from clerk. Just that one rude person. Otherwise it was a great experience and awesome breakfast. Would definitely come back. Hopefully that person had just a bad day. It happens

I chose this hotel based on other business traveler reviews. It is conveniently located to I-25 and I-70. I also super appreciated the self parking at $15/night. My room was spacious and I liked that it had a couch with an ottoman for relaxing and a desk for work as well as a separate area for coffee/tea. Cherry Creak is a great area of Denver and I always felt safe and welcome at this property. Lots of different options around for food or shopping as well.

This started with being given an ADA compliant room without asking for nor being told it was. This was a problem because there was not a normal shower head, only a hand held and it was on the side of the tub which led to many accidents. While I was short enough to stand under it, I had to squeeze against the wall. My husband could not stand under it at all. Meanwhile, 2 of the 4 days we were there the maid never came into our room at all. This meant soaking wet towels several days in a row. I would rate this hotel much higher if it weren't for the bathroom being such an awful experience and not having the room refreshed daily.

Great stay
My wife and I went to Denver for a conference and stayed here. Room was large, clean, great couch and amazing shower. The property itself is located near some decent restaurants and within walking distance to them. All and all it was an enjoyable stay.

My room was immaculate and cozy. The bed was firm and came with fresh bedding. The mountain view was exceptional. However, due to the thin walls, I could hear phone conversations and the television throughout the night.

Overall, my stay was great! The young AA woman at the front desk was so accommodating and pleasant. The room was cleaned daily. The area offers some good restaurants and a nice park. There is also a relaxing spa (On the Go Wellness) not to far from the hotel. Some areas of improvement: The smell in the lobby was horrible. Not sure if it was dirty mop water, mole, etc. The smell lingered for our entire stay. The potholes in the parking lot also need to be repaired.

Nice rooms, etc. but one of the perks was the free breakfast. Now they are charging $8, which I will admit is still a deal, but touting it as "upgraded/improved" breakfast items. Umm, no. It's the same stuff you've always offered. If you're going to charge, just call it what it is: $8 breakfast.
