The hotel itself isn't horrible, however upon leaving I was charged the wrong amount, and had a damage charge posted for something that I didn't do. The staff at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and didnt make an effort to explain the situation. Additionally, beware of their reservation system as I checked out around 4am and received a receipt for my stay showing that I checked out at 10:41am which isn't possible as I was on an airplane. Business seems a little shady to me.

Don’t stay unless you are broke.
Right next to the I70 freeway so I had to listen to traffic all night. There were ear wig bugs on the desk. The breakfast is all carbs and an apple. It is a motel not a hotel. I expected more from La Quinta. Very cheap. Spend the extra money and go deeper into Golden. Yuck!

The booking was easy and checkin went smoothly. I was disappointed that my room was on the 3rd floor, and the elevators non operational. The hotel is large and it was definitely not booked. There was animal feces on the second floor landing, tossed cigarette butts tossed on the grounds - stairs - landings. The room itself was adequate, but it was a bummer that the linens/covers/towels are worn, stained, and even burn holes in the bedding. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and do not recall such a poor state of things. I won’t be booking here again.

I expected more from La Quinta, this hotel is very 'worn', they were not renting rooms on the 1st floor and the elevator shakes and grinds. Wont stay here again, for $15 more I can stay at a much nicer hotel. Worth it.

It really not a whole lot to complain about it was really quiet.Our room was pretty clean.There were some areas that could have been cleaned dusted.Our table was broken, but nothing at it.Won't stand and I'm just picking you here.But other than that , it wasn't overall good

Overall perfect stay.
Overall the room was nice. The bed and pillows were awesome to the point we didn't want to get out of bed. There was a refrigerator, microwave, nice recliner, and a closet with doors; which was great when people came to visit. We were there for a dieing, immediate family member, who did pass. So the room was calming with the black out curtains. The only problem was the plumbing, the sink was missing the knob to open the drain and the shower ceiling had peeling paint. The rest of the room was perfect. Plus the room has a multi -variety of lighting options which is great! The guy at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable on his job!!! They asked if we needed room service, which most places only do after you leave. Considering our circumstances, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect for a night or two, we went to see T-Pain in concert and it was just what we needed. I will say it could have been cleaner, the tub and shower curtain were stained and made me a little uncomfortable showering but other than that, everything was just fine. There was no fridge but not that big of a deal given we only stayed one night and ate out. Staff was extremely kind, would definitely stay again.

We had to move rooms because the bathrooms have mold all over the walls and ceilings. The rooms are not cleaned properly or thoroughly at all. The lock was busted off the door. The room we moved to still had mold in the bathroom but atleast the front door locked from the inside. One of the guys at the front desk was very nice though. Will not stay here ever again.
