The comfort for the timely stay was ok but that bath tub was nasty it needs to be done over i have to buy some bleach cleaning scrub to wipe it down get some of the dirt off the tub walls

Checked in late, we were tired and sleepy. Got the keys to the room and drove to the building. After unloading and climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor with our hands full the keys didn't work! I now then walked to the office leaving my wife at the room with all our luggage. When I got to the office the staff member said opps I'll program them right this time laughing. We get to the room and only 1 light in the room works. We called the front office and the same lady said the housekeepers unplugged them and offered no solution. The lights were plugged in. I filled out the survey stating we would be leaving at checkout at 11am the next day. At 9am housekeeping bangs on our door waking us up. I get up in my underwear to lock the top and the houskeeper lets herself in while I'm standing there embarrassed. She asked if I needed housekeeping as I replied no we are leaving at 11am. 30 minutes later she knocks on the door again, I open it and she asks if I need housekeeping again. Again I said no we are leaving. Horrible service and stay.

We checked in late, 1:30 AM. Staff said our room may have someone in it. There was someone in it. There was a light on and we could see them in the window so we went back to the office and got a new room. I wish I would've had them check the room. This created a very uncomfortable situation at 1:30 in the morning.

Beds were comfortable. Sleeping are seemed clean. Check in person was very nice, and got a room on 1st floor like I'd requested. BUT, my laptop protection recommended not connecting to their WiFi due to security issues it recognized and the location (i guess ) of the property has very poor connection to AT&T cell / data network, so I could not go on-line for anything, or make calls while in my room. I checked in around 4 but went right back out and came back at 9p. When I did come back and used the bathroom, shower, I found a long black hair in the sink, lots of bugs/gnats in the sink. Then I took a shower ,and the shower/tub did not drain at all, so the water just filled up in the tub. It was still sitting in the tub when I left the room in the morning. The parking lot and the walkway outside the room smelled like rotten trash and the exterior lights on that bldg (room 127) all blinked out so the walkways where the room doors were not illuminated and the entry to the room comes from that exterior walkway. Lastly, may be a coincidence, but when I came back to the hotel at 9p, there was police activity (2 cop cars) in the parking lot. First time, last time at this property for me.

Room 206 has Holes drilled in the window frame. So a screwdriver can defeat the window locks. The door was also sketchy… we changed rooms.

Bathroom area undesireable
House keeping needs to be trained on how to clean, The previous reviews indicate that the bathroom areas were dirty, this is still true, so management say they will address but apparently it is all lipp swevice, i do not recommend this motel i will not sray at this motel again. This could be a nice facility if management would perform their job.

When I checked out I had expected the front desk person to ask me how my stay was. She didn’t and she didn’t seemed as if she even cared. So I’m giving my feedback here! When I checked in they gave me a map to my third floor room and told me where the elevator was. When I got to the elevator it had a hand written sign saying it was out of order. So I carried my 50lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. When I go into the room the light switch by the door worked but everything else in the room was unplugged! After plugging in the lamps I discovered 3 light bulbs were missing including the one in the bathroom ceiling light which was a good thing because I wasn't able to immediately see the mold and hair in the tub until I actually got in to take a shower! Even the TV was not connected. All of this was after a very late check in so I didn't bother to complain, figuring that there probably wouldn't be much better in another room. This place was cheap so I didn't expect the Ritz. But at a minimum I did expect it to be clean and maintained. The Doubletree is across the street and I suspect would have been a better choice. If you are wondering, I did check out early and found alternative accommodations.

The location was convenient to my need. However, I have to return to the front desk 3x to try to get a somewhat clean room. 1st Room had trash in the cans and something semi-transparent running down the wall next to the bed and on the nightstand. 2nd had several lightbulbs missing, and the bathtub was 1/2 full of dripping water. The third room had a part of a hotdog under the bed (but visible ). I finally took the 4th room, which just had crumbs and no toilet paper. Not one time did the front desk apologize. I received a text asking me if I needed anything? I replied “a clean room” and sent pictures. I got a response that said “sorry for the inconvenience” It's definitely the worst hotel experience I've had
