Nice hotel. Unfortunate error.
The stay was nice until the end. I’d already paid for the trip through hotels.com yet the hotel made me do a pre authorization on my credit card when I arrived. When I checked out I confirmed they wouldn’t charge my credit card because I’d already paid and they assured me the pre auth would be credited back. Good thing I checked my credit card statement when I got home because they did in fact charge me for the stay. Once contacted they were apologetic and refunded it right away so that’s a plus but what if I hadn’t noticed?

In town for a couple nights for an NFL game. Staff was great, roof top bar was really nice, room clean and quite, lots of great food and drink options within walking distance, a great stay, I will be back.

Hotel was beautiful and modern. La Corinne restaurant and Lobbyist Bar were excellent. Few breakfast options in surrounding area. Several streets nearby dirty and lots of construction. Room was very nice. Sink configuration was odd.

we arrived a little earlier than check in time however, were offered the opportunity to check in soon for a small fee. Hotel itself was very clean. They provided water bottles every day and restocked as needed. The only issue was housekeeping didn't take the used towels and left them in our room throughout the duration of our stay. we did mention this to the front desk at check out and they compensated us for the small issue. because the hotel has a rooftop bar, there were many peoples in the lobby/elevators trying to get into the bar. We found this to be a little inconvenient when trying to get to and from our room or trying to get to the restaurant. The rooftop bar itself was way too crowded and as paying guest we weren't able to make a reservation or get a table so we ended up leaving. Overall a good hotel. the valet staff was helpful when it came to self parking.

Hotel was nice, but rooftop restaurant unavailable
The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, literally the only reason my family and I stayed was to eat and enjoy the rooftop restaurant. It was closed for the night. Hotel offered nothing in return to compensate.

I stayed for business and enjoyed this hotel. It was a breath of fresh air walking into your hotel each time. Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, cute vibes and such a clean hotel. Would recommend also trying out their restaurant and rooftop bar, cool experience!
