Honestly for the price and the fact that they have a working laundry room, dishes and silverware available, and clean rooms it is a good deal! There are issues with entrance doors, I don't think any of the dishwashers work, and some staff is very... unhelpful. But overall it is fine.

To be honest this is an average property. Some of the staff is nice but others really ruin it. We stayed for a while and may consider returning if needed. The doors are always broken. Cops are always there. It is a decent hotel that is reasonably clean. Advertises free breakfast but there is none. Just coffee at the front doors. Overall it is a better place to stay than other options.

I love the staff everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would like to acknowledge Tiffany for her great service not only at the desk but if you need anything she goes out of her way to accommodate your needs . Overall I recommend Mainstay on 6780 S Galena St. Centennial Co.

Overall the mainstay is nice. All the staff are very friendly and listen to your needs to accommodate you. Denzel that works at the front desk is probably the nicest person that I have met in a long time . He is full of positive energy and always smiling. He always has something nice to say .

the place is filthy absolutely filthy, smelly, with roaches in the room , no ice maker damage to the room hole in door non working lock on main room door locking anyone could enter. police presence on 2 occasions. transients wandering the lot all hours. no security. surprised because the location is centennial co and should be safe and nice but like a strange world within a nice town

The employees are very understanding of your needs and they do all the can to accommodate you. It's obvious that the staff really enjoy what they do. I highly recommend if you are in the centennial area to book a room and stay at this location.

Leaky faucet, window screen was broken, crack in the wall, stains everywhere, bedbugs, dead cockroach in the tub. There was people banging on the walls in the room next to ours and ironically reporting us for noise complaints, and when we were in the hall the women had stepped out of said room to accuse us of banging and stomping despite us absolutely not doing that. We overall felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Non-Smoking Room Smelled Like Smoke
Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. They moved us to another room. That room the bathroom door didn’t shut and was off broken. Pretty awful. Service personnel was nice but the property was not.

The first room I was put in, the window didn't lock. There were also holes in the walls and doors. We were moved to another room where there were also holes in the doors and walls, but at least the window locked in that one. There were also a lot of sketchy people wandering around the premises.
