Loved the friendliness of the staff and guests we met. Parking at the property was a big plus. It was very easy to get to the arena we were going to. Having a rooftop hot tub overlooking the city was fantastic, and the main reason we booked. Loved it all around.

Queen Anne B&B is a wonderful spot in Downtown Denver. Lisa was friendly and efficient at our check-in. She even baked chocolate muffins for the breakfast since I mentioned I liked chocolate! Rooms were clean and breakfast (included) was delicious. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast. Everything was great, including the price. Our experience at Queen Anne was even more enhanced by our stay the next night at a major chain hotel which was not nearly as good.

We stayed here 20yrs (or so) ago and it was just as we remembered. It was also convenient to begin our visit in the downtown area. It is comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Large room, comfortable furniture with multiple seating options, lovely B&B atmosphere. Nice amenities in room and common areas. I had plans change a few times and the staff was accommodating, including offering a grab-n-go breakfast when I needed to head out early morning.

The suite was beautiful and the staff amazing. A homemade tasty treat every day with tea and for breakfast. A rotating breakfast menu so you don't eat the same every day. If there's 2 tiny comments on what I'd change is to include some coffee with the tea during the day, and to nit constantly have the kettle boiling. It's nice there's hot water available, but really let people just turn on the kettle themselves for the environment.
