The Espadín is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hello views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer's Market each Sunday to the city's best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

Immediately upon walking into this spacious, contemporary lifestyle loft, you will be overwhelmed with the indescribable feeling of time off to relax and recharge.

The spacious designer-grade kitchen greets you upon entry. We specifically designed this kitchen to fit the needs of the modern traveler's lifestyle, regardless if you're staying for just a weekend or one month, you will find that it offers similar amenities to being at home.

Kitchen amenities include:

* Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods

There is seating for three at the kitchen counter, and additional seating for four more at the dining room table, regardless if you plan on cooking from home or getting takeout for everyone from one of our incredible local restaurants, there will be more than enough space for all to sit and enjoy a meal together.

The natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows illuminates the contemporary cool modern interiors and invites you to settle into the comfortable couch for some well-deserved, and needed rest and relaxation. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? You will be thrilled to find out that this smart TV comes with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.

Just outside of the living area is one of the best parts of the loft- the super spacious, private wrap-around balcony with, you guessed it, mountain views and city views! This is the perfect, peaceful place to read a book or meditate during the day and admire the cotton candy Colorado sunsets over the Rocky Mountains at night. It is absolutely massive as well with more than enough space for your entire party.

Into the spacious master suite, you will find contemporary interiors and floor-to-ceiling windows with a city view.

The en-suite bathroom attached to the bedroom is larger than life and offers dual sinks, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and luxe bath products by the sensorial bathing company, Le Labo. Off of the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet, big enough to fit literally anything you could've possibly packed. If you plan on traveling with outdoor gear, you will have tons of space for it here.

The second bedroom can be found off of the kitchen and is a bright and modern space. Whoever is lucky enough to get the top bunk will have the opportunity to enjoy mountain views from bed, due to the floor-to-ceiling west-facing windows. The second full bathroom is just across the hall from this room as well.

Our eclectic Mexico-City-inspired restaurant and tequila tasting room offering handcrafted Dona Loca Espadín Mezcal and delicious curated meals is female-owned and operated by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and CEO Dana Macfarlane. Dona Loca also owns Supermega Bien and Work-and-Class here in Denver.

Inspiring Wellness
Denver is known as one of the healthiest cities in the US, and LoHi is a great representation of why. With a plethora of juice bars, vegetarian restaurants, and fitness/wellness options, including Nurture: a well-care marketplace just a few blocks away, guests will be able to stay on top of their self-care game despite being on vacation.

Hotel wellness events such as weekly rooftop yoga, barre classes, and even ecstatic dance gatherings in the summer are offered as an added benefit for our guests to enhance their (nama)stay.

Local Artist-Inspired
We've collaborated with local artists to create a space for guests that is reflective of the creative energy of Denver's art community. In our lofts, you will find pieces from Denver-based artists: Sam Prudden, Nikita Coulombe, and Becky Pollard. We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $50 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Our in-house restaurant is owned by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and offers an eclectic mix of Mexico-city-inspired cuisine.

We are also surrounded by the city's best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our Insta account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Vacation Libations anyone?
Zuni Street Brewery is just next door and is a very popular spot for locally brewed beers, plus they have live music in the summer! Recess, Avanti, Lady Jane, and Forest Room 5 are also great places for vacation libations. For more entertainment options, visit our IG page.

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
There are many locally rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor
venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you're into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan's Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

Great Spot!
This was a great spot for a quick two-night stay in Denver. Convenient location and we enjoyed to sit on the patio and watch all that was happening on this busy little street corner. Rental was as described and more! Would definitely rent again if we are in the Denver area.

Lovely, comfortable, and convenient space!
I just returned from a stay in the "Rhythm of the Night" unit. It was spacious, clean, and well furnished. This place has a huge wrap-around balcony with seating. Although we didn't spend much time out there, we really appreciated that we had the space to be outside if we wanted to. Plenty of natural light comes through the multitude of windows and it is just a lovely, comfortable environment. The location was convenient and, although there was no assigned parking, we never had an issue finding parking close by. Check in was super easy and contactless. The property manager was responsive and helpful from the time I booked the property. I was also glad to receive the check in instructions several days in advance. I really appreciated this as some VRBO rentals wait until the day of to share that information. If I had to provide any constructive feedback, there are two things I would mention. We noticed that the couch had a few light stains. Since it is a very light color, every blemish or stain is going to show. It could benefit from a good cleaning of the fabric. Also, the lobby had an odd smell that never went away and we couldn't figure out what it was. Both of these things were very minor and in no way interfered with our comfort and enjoyment of the property. I will definitely stay hear again when visiting Denver and I highly recommend the place. This space is exactly as advertised, do not hesitate to book it!

Great location, a few misses
Property is nice and secure. Checkin process is simple. Bedding was comfortable and it has a nice kitchen. We did not have internet for most of the day/evening Friday 4/26) requiring my friend and I to go to WeWork to work/be productive. The setup of the TV is confusing (required us to reconnect to the Wifi connection each time we turned it on; no instructions on it that we could find either). When I called the property mgmt about the Wifi, it was answered promptly, I was given an alternative network to try but that did not work either so we went to WeWork ($30 for the day). And, we never heard back from the property mgr re: the Wifi (it was working as of Sat AM). Finally, I should have looked at the check out time more carefully before booking. 10am to check out is quite early and after requesting a 1 hour extension, we were told no. So, the combination of the issues with the wifi, the tv and inability to check out a bit later was frustrating, but overall its a pretty good place to stay.

I loved the place! We were there only 3 nights. One of the beautiful bathrooms was missing the handle for the shower so my friend had to take a bath instead. My fault for not bringing it to the attention of the management until after we left.
