Great experience
The place was clean, spacious, and fun. The kids loved the game room in the basement and the open kitchen and living room on the main level were nice for hanging out while eating. It also had a well stocked kitchen where you could do lots of cooking if you wanted too. I’d stay again.

My family and I were so impressed with how spacious the house was. It was beautiful and so homey. This kitchen was fabulous for cooking stocked with all the necessary utensils, the bedrooms were nice and cozy. We felt very safe and were able to get Ubers quickly!

Couldn't have been better.
Everyone in the group expressed their positive reactions to our stay in the house. The kitchen was great for multiple people working at the same time. There was plenty of seating in the dining room. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were able to play frisbee in the back yard.

Great home for a family
Our family of 7 (granny, son and his family woth 4 kids under 6) thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. The pictures dont lie, the home is large, well furnished, with plenty of supplies and appliances. There were plenty of entertainment items too; starting with the rec room downstairs, the games in the family room, games in the kids bedroom, etc. This house was perfect for us! It was great letting the kids enjoy the wonderful grass yard and playhouse full of toys. Relaxing at the patio table and watching them discover things was perfect. All of the rooms in the house were large, providing plenty of space for our gang. The five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms made our stay easy. Next trip to Denver, we will see if the home is available. Best rental ever!

It Was Everything That Was Advertised
The house was well stocked with kitchen necessities such as pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, spices, coffee and more. The beds were comfortable. The game room in the basement was a nice addition. The check in and check out could not have been any easier. Close to almost everything we did while in Colorado. I would highly recommend this home for short trip or longer trips. If I was to give it a rating, I would give it 5 stars!!

Totally redone home in a great part of Centennial. Beautiful backyard with great patio. Game room is great if you have kids. They have an X Box which my 10 year old son enjoyed.

Simply put, this house is great! The check-in process couldn’t have been easier, and the host is very responsive and helpful. The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was very well stocked with any and all utensils and cookware. The house is located in a good area with quiet neighbors. The beds, chairs, and couches were all comfortable. The house is located very close to C470, so it is easy to get pretty much anywhere, about 30 minutes to downtown Denver and about an hour to surrounding towns like Colorado Springs, Boulder, and Idaho Springs. All in all a great property that I could not recommend enough!

Wonderful experience
Had a great stay. The whole family enjoyed the game room in the basement. Really appreciated the extra's like the provided paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee and spices. Plenty of space in the house and a really nice neighborhood. Used this as our launch point to do hiking South and attend a wedding North.

Beautiful family friendly home
The home is even better than the pictures. This was one of the cleanest and most updated homes I’ve rented. They really went above and beyond in accommodating their guests! They provided things like coffee, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and even toiletries in the bathrooms. The location is excellent and close to so many food options and shopping. The backyard is well maintained and perfect for a group to sit outside and enjoy coffee and company! Cole and his wife were responsive, friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend this home!

Wow! An absolutely ideal VRBO for our group of 8 adults although wished our kids could have enjoyed it with us too. Tons of games in the basement for all ages. The homes is beautifully updated with smartly selected finishes. The home was very clean and simply felt like home to us during our visit. The host was quick to reply to any messages. One of Best VRBO Experiences Ever
I have to say there was much about this property that made it stand out among many properties we have stayed at. The general state of the house and yard felt very new, possibly recently remodeled, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had dishes/pans/etc. in wonderful shape!! And had everything we needed and more. There were so many extras, from children's toys and books, and family games available, besides the fun arcade games. We were able to get into our streaming memberships with ease & great internet. The location was great and close to grocery shopping, restaurants and parks. Finally, the owner was very responsive and helpful in all respects. It all made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It was a great place for family to hang out in, and family friendly. I hope we'll be back as our grandchildren get older!
