• Damage Deposit: $50 per night | $500 for smoking violations
• Destination Amenity Fee: A $30 nightly destination amenity fee applies to each stay to cover the following amenities:

• 3,300 square feet of event space, including a greenhouse tent, allowing the rooftop to remain open year-round

• Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in and must provide a valid credit card; cash is not accepted
• Pet-Friendly: A one-time $75 pet fee applies, with no breed or weight restrictions. 2 dogs per unit
• The Red Barber is closed for the season and operates only as an event venue
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building; a $500 cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is detected (including cigarettes, THC, vapes, cigars, etc.)
