Excellent management
First VRBO accidentally booked us in the unit being renovated. The owner immediately had us in the correct unit. Very nice inside with larger than normal TVs for a vacation rental. Extremely large fridge and a great coffee maker including pods. We had another issue and the owner handled it masterfully. We recommend any of his properties.

The property is decent but the floors are very thin and the tenants upstairs sounded like they were dropping bowling balls on the floor at 5:00 AM. Other than that, everything was fine.

Colorado stay
The unit was very clean. The location was a perfect distance for visiting our family . Beds and Bedding were comfortable. Basement unit was noisy with upstairs guests moving about. It would be nice to have furniture on outside patio. All in all an “ok” stay.
