The staff at Warwick was very polite, nice and accomodating. My husband and I rode our motorcycle to the hotel for a weekend getaway, and the neighboring parking garage didn't allow motorcycles. We used the valet parking at the hotel, but were able to park our motorcycle ourselves. The staff was also very nice and surprised me with a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday. They were all amazing and even sent the bottle with everyone signing my a card. The hotel provides a free drink voucher with your stay, and the pool is open during the winter, heated at 85 degrees. Next time I need to stay in Denver, I will consider staying here again. The rooms are super clean and complementary body soap and shampoo smell so good. There are also great food options in walking distances from the hotel, including Colorado Campfire.

You will be charged a $75 fee for each night you stay when you get too the hotel, even if you paid in advance. Also there are no vending machines or shops in the hotel, so if you need toothpaste, snacks, drinks, etc, you will have to get it from somewhere else. Other than that, my stay was fine and the hotel room was nice and clean. I would recommend to family and friends.

I liked you had real coffee cups and glasses! If you want to get picky... couple of wine glasses and liquid creamer instead of powered would be nice. (I love my coffee in the morning.) All in all it was great!

Comfortable Accommodations, could use maintenance.
This property is great, and staff service is great. However the property is behind on maintenance and doesn’t always respond to requests to address missing items or malfunctioning items. Aside from the bed and desk chair, there was no where else to sit in the room (despite photos depicting an arm chair in room). A request for one led to us having a conference chair delivered. Not quite the same. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. A perfectly fine property but I wouldn’t want to pay more than what we did ($100/night plus fees). It’s a central location and easy enough to park on the street for lower fees than the parking garage too.

The heat blew out cold air the entire time we were at the hotel. Even when they came to “fix” it, one side blew out hotter air at 71 degrees than our bedroom blowing out freezing cold air at 73 and 74 degrees. Also, the tub was smaller than advertised as a suite bathroom online. Least of our problems, but still waiting on a manager phone call or email. We were not expecting this at all on our anniversary weekend.
