The Space - the house was built in 1922 and has been fully remodeled to blend historic charm and modern comforts. The studio features exposed original brick, a comfortable common area, an electric fireplace, and a record player with an assortment of new and old vinyls.
Kitchenette is comprised of coffee maker, hot plate, toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, and all the necessary appurtenances.
Two city-bikes are included (along with locks and helmets).
You will have your own entry on the side of the house, so you can feel free to come and go as you please. Easy check-in as the door has its own pin-pad.
Please note:
- The ceilings are 6’4” in some areas, for those of you that are taller, this could be a challenge for you.
- This is an older home, and to create as much overhead space as possible, the ceilings are not insulated. This means that there is some opportunity for noise to travel between floors. We do our very best to keep our shows off and tread lightly, however you may hear our or our dog’s pitter patter from time to time. Naturally, we keep it down during quiet hours (10p-7a).
