Excellent property , hosts and location
Absolutely perfect. Instructions are very clear , place was pristine . I was surprised at the size of the property as I thought it would be smaller . Good size bedroom,kitchen, living space and even the bathrooms was good with a rainfall shower and normal wand (I’m 6ft4 so that makes a difference ) very handy and detailed handbook helping you with any questions or queries. Communication was excellent from the host. Really pleased with my overall experience

Business stay during the week
I have worked as a contractor in Derby for the past 3 months and for variety, I stay somewhere different each week. I can say that '1 The Mews' was the best place I have stayed in so far. The communication from John and Karen was fantastic and they even offered to show me around when I checked in. Having the choice of being met personally or opting to use the key box on the wall is great. The bungalow was modern, furnished with high spec equipment and very clean and tidy. For example, the remote control LED lighting and wireless central heating control all worked really well. The kitchen was well stocked with new equipment and utensils and the lounge was cosy and great to relax in. In terms of location, it was easy to find and very close to the nearest supermarket (so good if you're self catering). Parking around the rear of the property was fine also. Overall, this was a first class experience and I will definitely stay here again.
