Very dated and room smelt musty. Linen and bathroom were clean. Irritated by alarm system beeping for hours after someone opened the fire exit. Staff struggled to get it turned off until late as couldn't reset the alarm.

Great staff on reception. Rooms could do with an upgrade. No usb sockets in room. Borrowed mains charger from reception but it didn't work. Not ideal if you are going to airport following morning as yiu have to go approximately 3 miles in the wrong direction to come back again. Great if you are heading to derby or stoke

Very noisy and room lake an oven. Left at 0230 after terrible night trying to sleep. Complained to hotel to be told I should have asked for a fan or to be moved which we were not going to do at this late hour
