Everything was fine, except the shower floor was so slippery it was dangerous. I couldn't take a shower. My boyfriend almost fell 3 times taking his.

Lots of chipped paint, rust around the edges of the shower, parts of the property just looked worn. At check-in, the lady working the desk loudly announced each room number. As a female, entering the hotel alone, I had to politely ask her not to announce my room number, and she complied. I thought this was common sense in 2024? Another waffle machine, coffee machine, and oatmeal at breakfast would’ve been nice. Beds were very comfortable!

Our stay was comfortable. However, the entrance door was sticking badly, which made it hard to open and close. And there were no handrails in the bathroom, which had only one hook.

We checked in at midnight. The clerk gave us a key that did on work on the room assigned. Went back down, and gave us another set of keys..that he said should work! Went back to assigned and still didn’t work. My husband was about to go down again, when a woman came to the door. The room was already occupied!! After apologizing to her, we went back don again! The clerk was mad because we were upset that he didn’t know the room was already occupied! He insisted on calling the room to ask what they were doing in that room! We asked him to not disturb them again, as we thought there were kids in the room! He would not listen. Then we were told that there were no rooms available! After 20 minutes, he finally found a room. This whole process took over an hour! He clearly did not know how to run the computer system and was VERY rude!

We had to reset the DirectTV receiver to get the TV to work. We checked in with 3 people, as noted in our reservation, and only had 2 bath towels in the room. Front desk was out of towels in the morning so had to wait for housekeeping to bring towels to room.

This is my second time staying at this Hotel. On my first time, I felt welcomed, by friendly employees, we even left a good tip for the lady serving breakfast. This second time, I believe the employees working at the property hate life. They did not want to work at that hotel and showed by being rude and unfriendly. I'm probably looking for another hotel next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We chose this hotel because electric charge plug-in was advertised. Unfortunately, it was for a Tesla and weren't able to find an adaptor.

The hotel was fresh, no bad smells. The ice machine worked. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was big. The bathtub had five safety bars. There was a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. When I called to the desk, the phone rang and rang. That is my only complaint. When we went down to get a candy bar later, the staff member was there.
