Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.
Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV's while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

Sofa sleeper couch - 1-2 person
*note* - Master bedroom is open lofted space and does not have a door but it is on the second level for privacy
This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it's not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.
Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.
**Pet Policy**
Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unregistered pets are subject to a double priced pet fee.
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each.
7. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and it is $30/Flat fee. We will let you know what time we can accommodate.
8. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time.
9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
