When my wife and I first arrived. The check in process was so slow. It seemed like their systems were down, which was more than likely out of their control. But when we got into our room, it was like walking into a smoking section in a casino... I went and told the front desk. And they kindly gave us a different room. Our next room was nice, it didnt have any smoking smell to it and it was clean. While we were there they had sign all over saying that the pool is closed due to chemical issues. My wife and I were out on the town very late like till 2 in the morning. When we got back to the hotel the front doors were wide open. And these were doors that had to your room key to open from the outside. When we walked up the stairwell. There was a homeless man that was sleeping in the stairwell on the top floor. I just feel like this is a safety concern.
