Last time we stay here
Room wasn’t ready at checkin time and many people had to wait for hours for rooms. Pool was still rundown even after they said they “redid” stuff. No discounts or anything else for all the issues. Will be the last time we stay at this place.

Not fancy but we enjoyed our stay
I was skeptical due to the review but we had a good trip. It could definitely use some updates and they could do better at staying on top of some things but for the price we paid, it was fine for a quick trip and the kids enjoyed the waterpark. The only issues we ran into were our room not being ready at check-in (they were very busy given the holiday so we were understanding) and the staff was friendly even though it was obvious they were overworked and stressed out. The other issue was that they ran out of towels in the pool area and we only had 2 full size towels in our room despite there being 4 of us. We made do and they brought towels to our room once they were ready. If you're expecting a high end hotel then this isn't for you but it was an affordable stay with something to do for the kids and free breakfast so we were satisfied and would likely visit again.

Proximity to highway was great. Cleanliness was sub par. Pool/slides never opened and there was no communication from the 3 lifeguards present or the front desk as to the reason or timing of a possible opening.

Check in was at 4pm, we disnt get into our rooms till closer to 7pm as the rooms were not ready yet from being cleaned. My parents had a massive blood stain on the mattress on their pull out couch. My room was not vacuumed at all, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Only 2 towels. Did not get anymore towels. We inly stayed one night, so not a terrible deal. My little cousins, minors, went with my grandma to the front desk to get a new key as she lost hers. She accidentally told them MY room number instead.of hers and they gave her a room key to my room. They didnt bother to check anyones ID, just gave some random person a key to a random room.

I booked this hotel months ago via Expedia. Well the week of my trip I revisited reviews and I was quite nervous I was going to have to get another hotel. But it was great. Clean, very spacious, highly recommend!

Great customer service. Nice sheets and bedding. Easy to find parking. Facility worn, door to room looked like it had been broken and repaired, no hot water in shower in evening or in morning, no closet door in room, dirty glass doors-handprints all over. Other guests, strong “smell” in hallways, kids running, yelling, slamming doors on and off until 4am. Pool area good for younger kids.

Traveling as a family of 5: Cons: The room wasnt very clean. The mattress had blood stains and urine stains. There were cans of Busch lite already in the garbage can in the room and the couch had white stains on it.. The front desk wasnt very helpful or available. The employees sat in the room behind the front desk and ignored me and my kids waiting to be helped. I was just trying to get some coffee packets for our room since breakfast wasnt until 8am even though the site says it starts at 7am. There were no vending machines for water or snacks. The morning staff weren't very pleasant at all. Pros: the kids had fun at the waterpark and arcade. There were restaurants and gas stations within walking distance so that was very helpful!

It was an alright place to stay. Front desk staff was absent a lot and had to ring a bell for service. The restaurant was not open until like 3:00 so we had to go find food for lunch. Pool was versatile and adequate for young children. Room was good and clean. Would stay again.

Find another hotel
Our first room had a terrible smell so staff moved us to another room, which was OK. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable enough. We booked this hotel for the water features especially the hot tub. This is the only time I've ever been cold in a hot tub, the water was lukewarm, about like a heated pool. There were no pool towels and others said there hadn't been any all day. After about 45 minutes we went back to the room (wet) to take a shower and warm up. The shower temperature was colder than the hot tub. Sink had hot water but barely any in the shower. Had a good night's sleep, intended to get up and try the hot tub again. Found out the pool area doesn't open until 10 am with checkout at 11 am. Everything else was so poor we didn't even bother looking at the breakfast. I don't recommend this hotel, won't ever go back.

the hotel room had no sheets for the pull out bed texted for sheets and towels and never received. went to the water park and went to ask for towels was told they’re all in the wash sorry. sorry bring your own. the pull out was a thin foam piece that was dirty and gross so kiddo had to get in bed with us. no plugins next to the bed to charge phones. Worst part went to check out a lovely nice gentleman that wa s maintenance went to get someone for me and the guy came out dumbfounded looked like he wasn’t awake and said what do you need… i said to check out oh your good i said how you don’t even know what room number i am and stood there and stared at me. got an email about checking out 2 hrs later thank goodness i checked my phone and clicked already left highly disappointed

We paid about $100 extra for a suite so we had room for our little girls birthday party. Checked in, had two rooms reserved. Only needed one. Didn’t get a suite, still paid for it. Rooms were unclean, things were broken, pool needs dire attention. Have stayed here before. Never again.
