Entry/exit door by our room was jammed and couldn’t get in or out. I told maintenance and the front lobby. After 2 days they finally duct taped the door so then it was always open and could never be locked. After the first night our keys did not work for our rooms. Every morning at 8am all of the cleaning staff gathered in front of our room and were very loud. They were also yelling at each other down the hallway waking us every morning. Our shower had mold in it. The hot tub was filthy, might as well have been sitting in lake water. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. When I asked the front desk about why there wasn’t much for a breakfast they blamed it on the restaurant that they have nothing to do with. I sensed that there was some beef between the hotel and the restaurant the way they were talking. The Wi-Fi absolutely did not work the entire time we were there. I rented 4 rooms and when I checked in it took about an hour just to do the paperwork. They had me swipe my card for incidentals 4 different times. Come to find out it was not for incidentals it was to pay for the room. After the first 2 swipes my card declined because it flagged for fraud due to the same balance being charged multiple times. We will never stay at this hotel again. There were many other issues I didn’t mention. I would not recommend.

Gone downhill since our last stay here. Kiddos enjoyed the water park, but the front desk staff were rude, first room had no heat, second room had multiple broken things, tv didn’t work, phone ripped out of wall, and pool was supposed to open at 10, but didn’t open til 10:44. Cleanliness wasn’t great either.

Everything was immaculate our room, the pool area and the arcade. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The indoor waterpark was very clean and nice. kids had to be a certain height to go down the biggest waterslide but yet they let kids of all sizes in The smaller area met for 1-5 aged children. The smaller children were repeatedly knocked down by children that were 14 or 15 and had no business being in the smaller waterslide area. As they have a certain height to go down the big water slides, they should have a height requirement For the smaller side, so the smaller children could play more safe. Why a teenager would wanna go down a tiny waterslide was beyond me. We seen smaller children repeatedly knocked down water splashed in their faces.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Front desk person was friendly. Wonderful place for children to have fun in the swimming pools and slides. Could have used a little more lighting in the room. I would have given it five except for the person who was working in the Boo's Pizza and chicken / sports bar. I believe he may have been the manager. He was the rudest person to us and everyone else that came in. He was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt. Said there was no bartender so he complained the whole time that he had to pour drinks and He didn't know how to do that since he's not a bartender. My husband and I and one other person were the only ones in the bar. We had to wait 10 minutes when we went in to get our drink. Other people came in to order food they also had to wait about 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge them. How busy could he have been when we were the only ones in the bar? The other person was a local who has been there many a time and this man, I believe his name is Kevin, was really rude and ignorant to him also. I wanted a draft beer and he didn't know how to pour it. We order an Italian hoagie and he gave us some other kind of hoagie. The three of us left.

Went to the restaurant to order pizza..sat there for 10 minutes and nobody came out to help us...went down the street and gave our business elsewhere. The gentleman that worked at the front desk was pleasant...pool closed...no server in restaurant....could hear all the traffic on the freeway.

We didn’t check in till 9:20 pm. We could swim the night of. Woke up had breakfast, and got dressed to swim by 9:15 because online says the pool opens from 9-11…NO lifeguards. Pool won’t open. I asked the front desk and showed them the website saying the 9-11 time and they could have cared less! Now after everything we only get 1 hours to swim. What pool opens from 10-11??? Wrf! Horrible waste of our time and money. Pool should be open 8-11 WITH lifeguards for guests!

Pool is geared towards children but I don’t feel like pool hours are. Pool doesn’t open until 10 am and checkout is at 11. Pool stays open until midnight and then hallways are insanely loud and everyone gets woken up.

Property had many amenities to offer but all were understaffed, so many were slow to serve. The other problem was a woman who was crying outside our room from 4:30am on. she gave detailed descriptions of her problems with her boyfriend and her wailing was relentless. No good coffee was provided, and breakfast was not served until 7:30 am. We were afraid that breakfast would be understaffed as well so we went to IHOP for breakfast. I would not recommend this property even though it has much to offer.
