Overall the stay was fine. Super friendly hotel staff. Disappointed that I had called prior to our stay and requested a pack and play for our baby to sleep in, and was told there would be one for our stay. When we arrived they stated it was given away. A suggestion to not say there will be one, when there isn’t or perhaps say, we can’t save this for your or whatever the circumstance may be, for future guests.

kids baseball tournament in town parent allowing kids to run wild so loud and kids running the hallways 10 story hotel and kids playing on elevators so it was a 5 minute wait to get off or up to the 9th floor Not enough hotel staff front desk/security for the business volume!
