Just 500 metres from the property, in the historic centre, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, Desenzanino beach, the harbour, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants where you can enjoy a lunch or dinner with a view of Lake Garda. Palm Garda Beach is surrounded by a large garden that wraps around the entire property and offers two independent entrances for added convenience. Inside, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a dining table with chairs, ideal for relaxing or dining together. Continuing along the hallway, you access the sleeping area, which consists of two double bedrooms, furnished with wardrobes, dressers, and bedside tables, and a full bathroom with a WC, shower, and bidet. Behind the kitchen, a flight of stairs leads down to the beautiful basement, where you will find an independent laundry room and an additional dining room, perfect for dinners or aperitifs with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is also an independent double bedroom and a second full bathroom with a shower. The highlight of the villa is undoubtedly the outdoor spaces: in the large garden surrounded by olive trees, there is a comfortable above-ground pool (400 cm long, 200 cm wide, and 120 cm deep), a dining table, sunbeds, and a built-in barbecue, perfect for your barbecues. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, bed and bath linen, and up to 3 private parking spaces, completing the offering of this exclusive property. The villa was renovated in February 2023 and, on this occasion, a pool was added. Furthermore, to ensure a stress-free stay, we offer a dedicated Concierge service. We are ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible, offering personalised welcoming and continuous assistance. We do not use keyboxes with codes for key collection, and we will not ask you to travel unnecessary distances. From one week before your arrival, a dedicated concierge (speaking Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) will be available to answer any questions regarding the apartment and the surrounding area. Upon your arrival, the concierge will personally welcome you, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to bid you farewell and ensure that your experience has been perfect. The Concierge service is available through direct contact via chat to guarantee rapid and personalised assistance. Check-in for this apartment is scheduled from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm, there is an additional fee of 50 E. The apartment is also subject to a security deposit of 200 E, which can be paid in cash at check-in or via credit card. In the case of payment in cash, the deposit will be refunded, in the absence of damage, via bank transfer within 3 working days.
