The breakfast was delicious, the room was always well cleaned but on the last day we could only stay by the pool til 1pm because they said the hotel was very full and our flight left later so we decided to do something else instead of relax by the pool. All in all a good hotel.

The property was very nice. It was in a mixed residential/hotel area. Room had room for suitcase. The shower was large with a rainfall shower. The staff were very gracious and kind. They went beyond my expectations. Bar staff brought soft drinks and ice to my room. Plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas. Only drawback was the icy cold pool. The water at the lake was much warmer than the hotel pool. It cost 8.5 euros to rent lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. The beach and lake bottom are rocky. Wear your water shoes.

A lovely modern and clean hotel. Nice pool and plenty sunbeds were available . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Ideally located 5mins walk from beach and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast! Staff really helpful. 5 minutes walk away is a lovely beach, which has a really nice restaurant. Town is a short walk away for more choice. Really enjoyed our stay here as a base to visit Lake Garda. Our only complaint is the visit wasn’t longer!

I had such a lovely stay here. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I love how quiet the area is, but very easy to walk into town and to the beach. The bed in my room was incredibly comfy, I had brilliant sleep every night. The spa facilities were lovely, and I had a fab massage. Highly recommend

The receptionist is the best ever! I feel the need to send her a little gift. She was so helpful and kind from start to finish and going above and beyond to help me during our stay. Helping me find rides, taxis in the rain, suggestions, book massage and spa, etc. I wish the room would have been a little cooler but that’s my only complaint. 100/10 recommend this hotel.

Mixed feelings really
A bit mixed here. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are great, the cocktails are excellent. The pool area is very nice. The location is good in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. However, we had a room with a patio and view of the lake, which was great, but we felt the room itself was a bit basic, no tea or coffee facilities and just one easy accessible plug for chargers etc. and the bed cover was very snagged when we arrived. The soundproofing was also not great, with us being clearly able to hear conversations in the next room. We still enjoyed our time there though.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff goes above and beyond. The large and balcony were fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, massages, breakfast and drinks at the bar each evening. Great place to stay!
